Returns & Warranty Policy

Tires purchased from Lexington Discount Tires, in store or online, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Return Conditions
- Returned tires must be in the same condition as sold: not damaged, plugged, or used on a vehicle after leaving our shop.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Defective tires are replaced or refunded with no restocking fee.
- Installation, mounting and balancing charges are non-refundable.
Shipped Orders
- Shipping charges ($45 per tire) are non-refundable.
- The customer pays return shipping, or can return the tire in person at 929 Winchester Rd, Lexington, KY 40505.
How to Start a Return
Call (859) 900-1234 or email office@lexingtondiscounttires.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the returned tire is received and inspected.
